  • Brad is an outstanding agent, he goes beyond what most agents do. He puts his experience and knowledge to good use for you. For example, when looking at homes, he gave us advice on the potential issues with the home, things that can help or hurt resale value and so on. He also gives you a decent idea about how much certain remodeling/repairs cost so you can make the right decision regarding whether a potential purchase is within your budget. In our case, he was working till the last minute to make sure everything went smoothly. He is also a very nice, and I think simple guy. Highly recommend him whether you are buying or selling a home!
